On February 26th, on the occasion of the 16th International Rare Disease Day, the Grand-Est scientific symposium "Research in rare diseases" was held. This event was initiated by the Rare Diseases Foundation, the Rare Diseases expertise platform "Est Rare", and their partners.
The participants were able to attend about twenty oral presentations onbiomedical research and research in the humanities and social sciences as well as two round tables on the valorization and the place of associations in research.
This day rich in debates was honored by the presence of the director general of the CHU of Strasbourg as well as by the presidency of Unistra
