OUR ACTIONS

Our actions in digital health

The Foundation For Rare Diseases supports the emergence of innovative projects in e-health and rare diseases, notably through annual co-design workshops.

These days of meetings and interdisciplinary collaborative work are designed to provide concrete support for the initiation of e-health projects, targeting the major challenges for rare diseases. In particular: the reduction of diagnostic wandering and inequalities in the care and life paths.

The project also aims to document - through concrete examples from the field - the most efficient digital health needs for complex and chronic diseases, in an approach that can be transposed to many health situations.

Since 2019

  • 10 projects supported, selected by a jury of experts,
  • More than 40 thematic experts mobilized in numerous disciplinary fields for individualized workshop support (technology, human and social sciences and new technologies, law, ethics, AI, Deeptech, Business Model, etc.).

Who is the workshop for?

  • Any actor in the field who has an idea for an e-health project with a concrete application for rare diseases,
  • Disease and family associations, health professionals, other professionals involved in the care process, researchers, concerned individuals.
