The project "Solve-RD - solving the unsolved rare diseases", funded by the European Commission and with the objective of facilitating the diagnosis of rare diseases, echoing the ambitious objectives set by the International Rare Disease Research Consortium (IRDiRC), has just released its conclusions after 5 years of work.
The Rare Diseases Foundation is proud to support the critical action points identified through its call for "GenOmics" projects aimed at improving the diagnosis of rare diseases. For more than 10 years and 18 sessions of the call for projects, 263 research projects have been supported for more than 4.82 M€ in order to reduce diagnostic delays in rare diseases.
