Prof. Julien Nizard, winner of the joint AAP Algodystrophie France - Foundation For Rare Diseases

Within the framework of the AAP launched in 2020 on Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), the association Algodystrophie France selected, with the support of the Foundation For Rare Diseases, the project of Professor Nizard, practicing at the University Hospital of Nantes. The selected research project, entitled "Towards a better consideration of patients' feelings in CRPS: a study mixing quantitative and qualitative approaches to test and make recommendations regarding the use of a BPD assessment tool", aims to formalize the French version of a tool for assessing disorders of body perception and to make recommendations regarding its scope of use and mode of administration for a better consideration of patients' feelings in order to make personalized therapeutic choices.
