In June 2015, during the New Health/ APHP Hackathon, held at the Pitié Salpêtrière hospital, the idea of an app for patients suffering from chronic incontinence was born.
With this in mind, the NeuroSphinx rare diseases health network has developed the Poop & Pee mobile application, dedicated to the diagnosis and monitoring of continence disorders, through a data collection calendar, directly accessible to the prescriber via a secure desktop.
On the patient's side, this collaborative tool allows him to become an actor of his health.
For the prescriber, it is a significant simplification at the time of the consultation, and a more regular follow-up, for a refined diagnosis.
Put online and available for free on the stores, the application is quickly a victim of its success: 1200 patients and many health professionals already use it!
Also, on the occasion of the second anniversary of the launch of Poop & Pee, NeuroSphinx wanted to make this application known and extend its use to a wider audience of patients suffering from incontinence. It also aims to add new modules to enhance the comfort of patients' lives.
