The Kiwanis Club of Montpellier is organizing a theatrical evening on Saturday, November 23 at 8:30 p.m. in the Salle des Granges in Saint-Jean-de-Védas. The evening will be given as part of its commitment to children, with all proceeds going to the Rare Disease Foundation.
On the program, a comedy by Éric Assous, L'illusion conjugale, will be performed by the Company le Théâtre du Triangle of Castelnau-le-Lez, a play with which it won 1st Prize in the regional theater competition Les Folies de L'Illustre Théâtre 2018, organized in Pézenas, and participated in the Festival Off d'Avignon in 2017.
A play in constant balance between laughter, lightness and seriousness where, after several years of a seemingly happy marriage, Jeanne and Maxime engage in a risky conversation about their respective fidelity, taking their best friend as a witness. What is trust? Is peace of mind a naïve illusion?
