The research program entitled PHILOMENE aims to improve the school situation and orientation choices of children with rare hemorrhagic diseases (hemophilia, Willebrand disease, etc.). This research program is supported and financed by the Foundation For Rare Diseases. The data collection methods have been approved by an Ethics Committee and by the CNIL.
