On March 18, 2021, the SFCPP is organizing a digital conference on hypergrowth syndromes in children on March 18, 2021 in partnership with RHU-Cosy
The dysharmonic hypergrowth syndromes correspond to heterogeneous groups of pathologies associating tissue hypertrophies and localized or generalized vascular tumors or malformations. This webinar aims to provide an update on this complex pathology. Six experts will share their experience with us. Laurent Guibaud will explain the interest of imaging in these pathologies, from the fetal period to the child, as well as interventional radiology techniques. Isabelle James will share her experience in foot and hand macrodactyly surgery. Juan Carlos Lopez Gutierrez from Madrid will detail the management of lymphatic malformations of the limbs. Christian Piolat will discuss the management of visceral injuries with the use of minimally invasive techniques. Guillaume Canaud will explain how recent progress linked to a better knowledge of the PIK3CA pathway and the use of inhibiting molecules opens up very encouraging perspectives on the management of these pathologies. Sabine Sarnacki will review the increasingly obvious proximity between developmental disorders and tumors in children
