For this end of the year, Le bon chemin, managed by Olivier Sierra, organizes from December 4th with the help of its partner Le fournil de Jean, the chocolate challenge.
It consists in evaluating the weight of a piece of chocolate!
Two chocolate pieces have been made, one for the bakery in Combaillaux and the other for Vailhauques. With each estimate, you pay one euro for the Foundation For Rare Diseases.
