Call for projects for the Bioentrepreneurs program

July 2, 2020 | News

The Imagine Genetic Diseases Institute is launching a call for projects for the Bioentrepreneurs program, open to scientific teams from its academic partners.

For the fifth year, this program, launched by the Imagine Institute, in partnership with the University of Paris Descartes, HEC Paris and the Ecole Polytechnique, offers to train students with complementary profiles (scientists, doctors, pharmacists, engineers or managers) in entrepreneurship in the biomedical field, by offering them the opportunity to work for more than 3 months (starting in January) on real innovation projects.

You are a doctor, a researcher, an engineer...: you have the opportunity to propose a project (e-health, medtech or biotech) presenting a solid scientific and clinical rationale. A group of entrepreneurs in training, in partnership with Deeptech Founders, accompanied by highly experienced coaches, will investigate in detail and at your side the relevance and possibility of creating a start-up based on this project.

Beyond the business plan they will provide and depending on the circumstances, the young bioentrepreneurs will be able to participate with the researchers in the continuation of the creation adventure at the end of the program.
