First e-health & rare diseases co-design workshop

This event has already taken place, but you can still consult some information.

The Foundation For Rare Diseases launches the 1st e-health & rare diseases co-design workshops with the support of the IRCEM Corporate Foundation.

These one-day workshops aim to help implement an idea that will contribute to a concrete digital innovation to optimize one or more stages in the care or life course of a rare disease. They are open to any project initiator - healthcare professionals, patient and family associations, academic researchers - located in France, whose project is in the early study phase, upstream of the experimental, prototyping and spin-off stages. Projects are selected by a scientific evaluation committee.

The first workshop will take place on June 27 at the Paris Biotech Santé business incubator, which is making its premises available free of charge. It will be a day of meetings and work between project leaders and experts in digital technology and innovative project management. It will offer a personalized approach to each project, bringing together ad hoc experts according to the issues raised.

Would you like to get involved? Do you have an idea in the field of e-health applied to rare diseases?

Are you a healthcare professional from the medico-social sector, an academic researcher, a member of a patient association or someone close to a patient? With recognized field experience in rare diseases, you can apply to take part in the first e-health co-design workshop organized by the Foundation For Rare Diseases. Selected project leaders will be able to meet experts in e-health and innovative project management to work on their project and the key stages in its implementation.

This call for applications is open from January 28, 2019 to April 17, 2019 at 5pm.
